Set off into the great outdoors and learn to recognize edible wild plants, then try your hand at a delicious new recipe using your freshly gathered ingredients.

Through an easy walk in the middle of nature, you will meet wild plants. You will learn to recognise, identify and cook the species that can be eaten. There are many delicious dishes based on regional plants. Some creative and simple recipes will be revealed to you… Participants will leave with the recipes of their succulent natural culinary preparations.

Required equipment:
– Pen and notebook, knife or scissors and a bag for carrying your plants

Minimum 2 participants.
Reservations until 5pm the day before.

Opening hours

Friday 5 August 2022 between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm.
Meet at the Portes de Culet car park.



Adult: 60 CHF, Child (12-15 years): 40 CHF.
Up to 15 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.
