You feel the need to undertake or continue the liberating inner journey, in the benevolence and openness of the heart.
On the program:
– Meditation, nature bath, pranayamas, mantra, nidra, sound bath and a touch of kundalini yoga.
Practical information:
– The workshop is led by Wakan creator of the Youtube channel, meditation and serenity.
– ChampĂ©ry is also accessible by train and bus. There are parking spaces available and the chalet is a 10mn walk from the train station.

Required equipment :
– A soft outfit (leggings, jogging) to practice. A small mat or cloth to sit on during outdoor practice. A blanket to cover yourself if needed during relaxation. A pair of sneakers or soft shoes for walking in the forest (no need for big hiking boots).

- Wakan's practices, teachings, and accompaniments.
- High standard accommodation in a double room / 2 separate beds / shared bathroom (see pictures below).
- Full board from Friday evening 16/06 to Sunday noon 18/06. Organic food / vegetarian menus / (2 brunches / 2 dinners + snacks / drinks / tea / herbal tea / coffee available).
- Access to the sauna.
