For a weekend, let yourself be carried away for a unique experience combining the universe of wild mountain plants, herbal medicine and yoga, in a green setting at the foot of the Dents du Midi!
In an authentic renovated chalet, experience a rich program including walks to discover the beautiful wild women who cook and heal us, yoga sessions, meditation and sound relaxation, cooking workshops and preparation of medicinal remedies.
You will begin by soaking in this soothing place with a meditation, gentle movements and breathing exercises. Once your senses are awakened, you will go out into nature to meet wild plants, learn to recognize them from a medicinal and culinary point of view and avoid the risks of confusion and optimal picking techniques. Then you will enjoy a picnic with wild bites. The rest of the afternoon will be devoted to wilderness cooking workshops and yoga sessions with gentle stretching. The evening meal will combine the herbs of our mountains with creative recipes, seeking simplicity and using seasonal products, all washed down with wild plant-based drinks. This relaxing day will end with a guided sound relaxation.
The next day, you will wake up gently with a body awakening and an energizing breakfast. The rest of the morning will be dedicated to the facets of herbalism with a round table (description of the different methods of extraction of their benefits, their drying and conservation…) and transformation workshops to prepare 3 medicinal remedies (noble cream, repairing balm and fresh plant tincture). The goal is to make you autonomous and avoid mistakes in their use.
