Marta Lovisolo, an Argentine-Italian artist, transforms chance into vibrant works. She allows each observer the freedom to discover, through their own imagination, the stories hidden in her paintings.
Marta Lovisolo is an Argentine-Italian artist who has lived in several countries in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Marta’s initial approach is based on chance. She welcomes the appearance of a stain, a line, a material. Suddenly, she’s caught up in the momentum that composes and combines all these colors to reveal a city full of life, a mountain of unreal shapes or an embrace full of tenderness.
Her paintings spring from her imagination. She resists giving titles to her works to avoid guiding the viewer’s gaze, leaving him free to detect the universe chosen by his own imagination.
