Kilian Granger, from Troistorrents, joined the Swiss National Team for ski mountaineering six years ago. Passionate about the mountains, skiing, and endurance sports, he spends countless hours in his backyard playground in Region Dents du Midi – summer and winter, on skis, running, or mountain biking.

Balancing competitions with helping run his family farm near Morgins, Kilian is thankful that he’s never far from the alpine trails that provide the foundation and spectacular backdrop for his training sessions.

Kilian loves the complementarity of ski mountaineering and the immense feeling of freedom it provides for the true mountain-lover. Not surprisingly for such a hard-working perfectionist, his favourite discipline is the Sprint. With an impressive record overall, his 2020-2021 season was particularly good, with results that bode well for a very bright future.
