1. Entry on swiss territory

If you are vaccinated or cured of COVID, you must complete the entry form below (no test required).
If you are unvaccinated and uncured, you must complete the entry form and present a negative antigen or PCR test.

2. On your arrival in Morgins

As soon as you arrive in Morgins: a check of the COVID passes will be made in the Salle de la Jeur on Wednesday between 2pm and 9pm in order to obtain your accreditation bracelets giving you access to the competition sites and different rooms.

You will therefore be asked, for foreign athletes and staff, to go to the Accreditation & Pass COVID center upon your arrival. You must first have negative antigen tests for vaccinated or cured persons or PCR for nonvaccinated or non-cured persons.

Swiss athletes and teams will be able, if they wish to carry out an antigen or PCR test on site in Morgins at the test center in the Salle la Jeur (information below).

3. During the event: Tests & health measures

  • Tests COVID

    The tests to be carried out

    • Persons vaccinated or cured: An antigen test will be requested upon you arrival giving you accreditation during all the days of the event.
    • Unvaccinated or cured people: A PCR test will be requested upon your arrival giving you accreditation for 72 hours. After 72 hours, an additional antigen test must be carried out at the La Jeur room test center. Its validity period will be 24 hours.

    Where to get tested?

    The test center (Salle de la Jeur) will be available throughout the duration of the event from Tuesday 25th to Friday 28th / from 2 pm to 7 pm (free access) and will also be accessible to foreigners who need a negative antigen or PCR test to return to their country after the event.

    How much does it cost?

    • Rapid antigen : CHF 40.- or 40 €
    • PCR : CHF 100.- or 100 €

    How long does it take to get results?

    • Rapid antigen: 4h
    • PCR: 24h

    If the test is positive, the person will be contacted directly by the Swiss authorities. The test result will be emailed to you.

  • Accreditation & COVID Pass

    Upon receipt of the test result, athletes and staff must go to the accreditation center & PASS COVID to collect their accreditation. To do this, you just need to bring your COVID certificate (QR Code) sent by email as well as an official ID.

    Please note that no accreditation will be issued without presentation of an official identity document.

    Accreditations bracelets

    COVID accreditation will be materialized in the form of colored bracelets valid for each day of the event:

  • Wearing a mask

    As part of the COVID ISMF bubble, the mask FFP2 standards will be required from Wednesday 26th to Saturday 29th January in the various event zones:

    • Inside salle de la Jeur (the mask can be removed inside the room only during the seated consumption of drinks and food)
    • Competition areas (starts and arrivals)
  • Hygiene measures

    • Hydroalcoholic gels will be placed at the entrance to the various spaces and in important places.
    • Hand disinfection is mandatory upon entering the various spaces (races and hall areas).
    • Regular disinfection of premises and facilities, as well as contact surfaces, will be planned.
    • Everyone in the organization cleans their hands regularly.
    • Closed bins with bags will be made available throughout the perimeter of the activity, in order to allow optimal disposal of potentially contaminating waste.

    The hygiene measures to be observed will be explained via the documents of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (OFSP).

open race

  • Access to the competition site (Corbeau area)

    Participation in the various open races does not require a certificate. The event will be limited to 300 people on the competition site.

  • Access to the Salle de la Jeur for meals and prize-giving

    Access to the Salle de la Jeur will only be granted to people aged 16 and over who have a COVID certificate of vaccination or cure (2G).

    The verification of the COVID 2G certificate will take place at the entrance of the Salle de la Jeur. In addition to the validation QR code, you will be asked for an official ID document.

    Please note that there will be no reduction in the registration fee for those who do not hold a COVID 2G certificate and therefore cannot access the hall to enjoy the meal, which is included in the registration fee. Furthermore, no refunds will be made for this reason.

Spectators

For the sprint, spectators must be in possession of a COVID 3G certificate (vaccinated, cured or tested).
