Offering fresh air and spectacular views in abundance, this quaint high-altitude farm is also a restaurant and alpine gite, serving our own, homemade local delicacies.
In winter, stop by the Lapisa for a hot drink on the snowy terrace, or for a warming fondue in the snug restaurant. Our menu offers a selection of delicious local specialties, including sausages, fondue, cured meats, fruit tarts and our renowned Lapisa alpine cheese.
In summer, visitors to the Cantine can watch a traditional cheese-making demonstration where the cheese cooks in a huge cauldron over a roaring wood fire. This is a fascinating look at one of the Val d’Illiez’s most important economic activities from sunny pastures to your table!
