Set in the heart of Champéry, Le Centre brings new life to a historic chalet, redesigned to welcome residents, visitors and guests passing through the village.
The restaurant offers seasonal gastronomic cuisine, prepared in-house and served in a setting that feels elegant, warm and deeply connected to the village’s history. In the kitchen, Chef Antoine Gonnet works with carefully selected ingredients, paying close attention to precise cooking, balanced flavours and the overall quality of the dining experience.
