In the basement , 1 storage space for ski/shoe or other equipment is available in the heating room.
The exterior of the chalet still offers 1 large terrace, 1 private access and 1 garden area appreciated at the end of the winter season and in spring.
Parking: 1 private parking lot for 2 vehicles is available and is located right next to the entrance to the accommodation.
Location: the chalet is well situated, slightly elevated and facing the Dents-du-Midi” “. It can be reached via the Route de Rumières, just a few minutes’ walk from the village center. Its location offers magnificent views of the village and surrounding peaks. Its location also offers residents peace and quiet.
Transport: 1 bus service – free of charge – right next to the accommodation facilitates access to the ski lifts and the village. So you don’t necessarily need a car to get around.
The space on offer, with a surface area of around 140 m2, is ideally suited to occupation by a maximum of 4 or 5 people.
