A leading brand and key player in the world of board sports and the outdoors, La Nuit de la Glisse is returning to Morgins to bring you a breathtaking movie night!
A spectacular, approximately 1.5-hour immersion into the world of board sports. This event is much more than just a movie screening: it’s an opportunity for the general public and sports enthusiasts to come together around a breathtaking film.
Film | *The Call* by Thierry Donard and Olivier Sautet:
“*The Call*” follows a new generation of exceptional athletes who answer nature’s call, in search of the perfect line and that fleeting moment when commitment, mastery, and the elements become one. From Conor Maguire’s big-wave surfing in Ireland to Sanda Delija’s freediving in Polynesia, from the steep couloirs of the Dolomites with the Weger brothers to the slopes of Chamonix with Sam Favret, the film weaves a connection between generations, from Garrett McNamara to today’s rising stars. Faced with a rapidly changing natural world, where weather windows are narrowing and reference points are becoming uncertain, knowing how to be patient and adapt makes all the difference. More than forty years after their debut, Thierry Donard and his team show that commitment is just as much about what happens in front of the camera as it is behind it.
Open to everyone—athletes, families, the curious, and snow sports enthusiasts—the event promises a moment of shared experience, emotion, and inspiration!
