We call it a ‘bistronomy’ menu. Our chef, Audrey Martinie has crafted a gourmet take on mountain-inspired cuisine that authentically showcases seasonal products. To complement the delectable dishes, Julien always has the perfect recommendation from a wide selection of excellent Valaisan and international wines.
