Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cyclist, you can choose between two types of surface and different distances to guarantee you an unforgettable day in the heart of the Dents du Midi, in an idyllic setting between lake and mountains, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil.
With nearly 1,000 participants expected at the start of the race, the Cyclosportive des Portes du Soleil will extend well beyond the borders of the Dents du Midi region. The local communities involved will be eager to welcome participants and their companions to the Chablais region of Valais, France, and Vaud, as well as to all the towns along the route and at the various aid stations. For this inaugural edition starting from Champéry in the Dents du Midi region, get ready for a unique experience amidst unspoiled landscapes and majestic peaks!
An exhibitor village open to all will be set up for the occasion in the Palladium parking lot, where brands from the cycling industry will mingle with artisans, producers, and local businesses.
Practical information:
- A cyclosportive is a mass-participation event, open to everyone aged 16 and over
- The races will start on the church square
- Saturday, July 4: Gravel Course (approx. 54 km and 1,800 m of elevation gain)
- Sunday, July 5: Short Road Course (approx. 69 km and 1,630 m of elevation gain)
- Sunday, July 5: Long Road Course (approx. 138 km and 2,535 m of elevation gain)
