La Bergerie des Bains — Bistrot & Fine Dining Restaurant In the heart of the Val d’Illiez, La Bergerie des Bains brings together two restaurants under the roof of the same authentic chalet.
The Bistrot de la Bergerie offers generous, local and affordable ‘bistronomic’ cuisine, to be enjoyed indoors or on its terrace overlooking the Dents Blanches — with or without a booking.
La Table de Moreno, its gourmet counterpart, serves a six-course tasting menu inspired by the Alpine terroir, by reservation only.
Both restaurants share the same philosophy: to celebrate the mountain’s produce and the valley’s artisans, in tune with the changing seasons
