With 33 active members, the company is a 2nd category brass band presided over by Séraphin Clément and directed by Victor Mariétan.
L’Écho de la Montagne is an institution that has stood the test of time with remarkable vitality. To trace its origins, one must go back to 1862, when a group of young visionaries, driven by an exceptional spirit of initiative, founded a musical society that would become one of the cultural pillars of Champéry. More than 150 years later, their legacy continues to resonate powerfully.
Today, L’Écho de la Montagne brings together around thirty active members and performs as a brass band competing in the Second Category. Under the presidency of Séraphin Clément and the musical direction of Victor Mariétan, the ensemble continues to pursue its artistic development with energy and discipline.
