Month: Winter season: all taxes included (except tourist tax): 5.5 rooms (5-6 beds): CHF 15,000 (or CHF 3,000/month) or year-round: CHF 28,200 (or CHF 2,350/month) + CHF 1,000 rental guarantee.
Taxes de Séjour (not included): 3 CHF/night/adult and 1.50 CHF/child (from 6 to 17 years old) to be paid directly to the owner, who advances the annual amount to the Commune.
