For the 14th edition of the Rock The Pistes Festival, Cachemire will need just a second to shake you to your core with their corrosive guitars, pounding drums, and caustic lyrics. It's going to rock at Plaine Dranse.

Cachemire has been shaking up the French rock scene for 10 years.
For 10 years, Cachemire has been rocking our bones with corrosive guitars, pounding drums, and caustic lyrics.
“Suffit Juste d’Une Seconde” is no exception to the rule. On this new album, aficionados will delight in rediscovering the “Cachemire spirit” woven into Photochope-Moi, which electrifies the hairs on your neck and coats your skin with a film of sweat as you bang your head and stomp your heels to the beat.
But time has the virtue of allowing for patina.
In a decade, Cachemire’s coat has become a leather that has been refined from track to track. The lyrics are as biting, clear, and direct as ever, pointing out our faults, our absurdities, and our clumsiness, without ever lecturing. And the band doesn’t deny any of its abrasive punk—even metal—escapades, such as those on Dernier Essai. But 2025 undoubtedly marks a return to the foundations. To the roots. To the soil. To the band’s nourishing earth.
Rock. Pure. Simple. Powerful. The sound of this latest album is full and dense. The guitar riffs are there, loud and clear. So are the keyboards. And the strings and organs, without a doubt. The 13 short melodic tracks are effective. Very effective. They are tight, powerful, and uncompromising. The endings are clean and sharp. It’s cut with a hatchet.
