Visitor NotificationFrom approximately 31st August to 20th November 2026, the access road to Grand-Paradis will be closed to all traffic due to turbining works. During this period, hikers wishing to reach the Galerie Défago are invited to park at the Champéry cable car car park. Safety notice: due to this closure, the Chemin des Journelles will exceptionally be used by authorised motor vehicles. Hikers are therefore advised to exercise care and courtesy on this stretch, which will temporarily be shared between pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles.
