As night falls, the magical They Valley transforms into a fairytale setting straight out of the kingdom of Arendelle...
Beneath twinkling lights and Frozen-inspired decorations, adventurers of all ages can wander through the forest in search of sweet Olaf snowmen hidden along the trail. This enchanting family adventure promises surprises, smiles, and a few tasty treats along the way.
Contest “Olaf’s Magical Forest Ramble”
> Hunt for the hidden Olaf snowmen for your chance to win fantastic prizes.!
> Full competition details below, with an information stand at the start of the walk beside the entrance arch.
> Free entry.
> Last recommended departure: 7:45 pm, to allow plenty of time to complete the trail.
Souvenir Photos
> Strike a pose at the special Frozen-themed photo spot along the route.
> At the end of the trail, children can snap a picture with a real-life Olaf character.
Practical Information:
> Refreshments and toasty warm drinks will be available along the trail and at the sports centre ice rink (cash, Twint, or credit cards accepted).
> New this year: refreshment stand on the trail, giant 3D decorations, souvenir photo zone, and a brand-new contest.
> The trail now starts from the They Valley.
> An easy 1 km walk — allow 30–40 minutes to enjoy the decorations, stops for refreshments, and entertainment.
> For safety reasons, dogs are not permitted on the trail.

Recommended Equipment:
> Warm, weather-appropriate winter clothing (temperatures can reach around -10 degrees in the They Valley).
> Snowshoes, non-slip winter boots, or boots with crampons, and poles recommended.
Parking, routes and signage:
> A large map and information stand mark the start of the illuminated trail.
> Nearby parking available (see map and details below).
> Signs will guide you to the start of Olaf’s illuminated trail.
> Signs and safety information will be posted along the route.

> 5pm-8.30pm: Snow Queen ice disco at the Centre Sportif rink
> 18h-20h: Opening of Olaf's illuminated trail
> 7:45pm: Last departure recommended to take full advantage of the contest (departure from the trail entrance arch).
