The Morgins-based “Telemark Club des Dents du Midi” invites you to discover telemark, the new way of skiing in the Portes du Soleil ski area!
Telemark is a set of skiing techniques of Nordic origin adapted to downhill skiing with the heel free (not attached to the ski), enabling the skier to execute harmonious turns known as “telemark turns”. During this introductory course, you’ll learn the basics the easy way, in a friendly atmosphere, surrounded by passionate skiers.
Practical information:
> Meet on the terrace of the Foilleuse restaurant for coffee and croissants provided by the club before the initiation.
> Equipment not supplied. Equipment can be rented from the Snowline and J&J Sport sports stores at an average price of CHF 30 for boots and CHF 60 for skis. Discounts available for activity participants.
