An evening to relax and let yourself be transported...
Yoga guided like a story to the vibrant sounds of the Handpan. A journey into the self, in the Grand Ganesha hall, an inspiring place with its lines of sacred geometry and unique acoustics, becomes a showcase for body, breath and vibration.
Program:
> You’ll begin with yoga guided like a story. Each posture, a step. Each breath, a passage. A moment to untie, feel, settle.
> Then it’s time for relaxation and integration. Étienne will then play the Handpan, whose sounds will envelop the body and space. A vibrant bath of sound to infuse the practice.
> You’ll finish with a cup of tea, a sweet treat, and the pleasure of sharing this moment together.

> Étienne Bourdin – Musician with the group Equinox Duo, passionate about music in all its forms. He came across the Handpan in 2018: a real coup de coeur, which has profoundly enriched his musical universe. He likes to use this instrument in spaces of presence and sharing, as at the end of a yoga session, to invite relaxation, listening and inner travel.
