These majestic trees, mythical symbols of our mountains, conceal little-known culinary secrets and benefits. In this workshop, we’ll reveal all about them, with a tasting session and the creation of products to take home.

Mountain fir and spruce have been renowned for centuries for their properties and flavours. You’ll go out into the field to observe these majestic trees, learn to identify them and spot their particularities, while revealing their culinary and medicinal secrets. After harvesting their young shoots and resin, you’ll make a drink to enjoy on the spot, and a resin-based “On respire” balm.
