The workouts on offer are designed above all to keep in shape or get back into shape, through boxing-inspired movements.
It’s not about performance or competition, but about moving, sweating, strengthening and enjoying yourself in a friendly atmosphere.
Classes are open to all levels, with no prerequisites: whether you’re a beginner, an occasional athlete or simply curious to discover boxing in a different way, everyone progresses at their own pace.
Training focuses on cardio, coordination, tone and self-confidence, while respecting each individual’s abilities.
Members range from the very young to the very old, reflecting the diversity of the group and the accessibility of the discipline to all ages.
Classes are open to those aged 14 and over, and take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6.30pm to 8pm.
