Festive day of Lower Valais dialect, folklore and traditions
Building on the success of its first event in 2025, the Fondation du Patois is renewing its collaboration with Casa Nova, Monthey, to offer a new Journée Patois, Folklores et Traditions on April 25.
The event invites the public to share a convivial moment around the linguistic, gastronomic and literary particularities of the Lower Valais.
On the program: a salées de la Vallée competition, folk dancing, choirs and stories in patois.
The event will bring together the Lou Tré Nant patois group, members of the Val-d’Illiez Heritage Foundation and the Fondation du Patrimoine champérolain.
Casa Nova and the Fondation du Patois look forward to welcoming the public on this occasion.
