Pilates at the top - Strengthen your core, unleash your potential

Each class begins with the “Series of 5”, a fundamental Pilates sequence that activates the core and prepares you for targeted work. An ideal complement to your mountain activities – hiking, trail riding, mountain biking, climbing – to gain stability, prevent injury and recover more effectively.
Classes are open to all and can be taken independently. Open to all levels. Modifications are made on an individual basis.

Practical information:
> Important safety note: These courses are not suitable for pregnant women. For those in post-partum, participation is authorized as soon as the green light has been obtained from the doctor or midwife.
> Equipment required: Comfortable clothing, a mat, and the desire to reconnect with your body. Optional (if you have them): feel free to bring a fitness band, a soft ball or small weights. In case of bad weather, the class will take place indoors.

Opening hours

Week 1:
● Sunday, July 19 - Center & Foundations: Anchoring your posture Targeted work on the deep muscles of the trunk and pelvis. Objective: build a solid base for all your movements. → In the mountains: better balance on unstable terrain, optimal posture with a backpack.

● Wednesday, July 22 - Back & Spine: Mobilize and protect Strengthening and mobility of the entire back chain. Objective: a supple, strong back. → In the mountains: prevent tension after long descents or days on the bike.

Week 2:
● Sunday July 26 - Legs & Pelvis: Power and stability Focus on glutes, thighs and pelvic stabilizers.
Objective: strong legs and an aligned pelvis. → In the mountains: more endurance when climbing, knees better protected when descending.

● Wednesday, July 29 - Shoulders & upper body: open and strengthen Targeted work on shoulder girdle, arms and upper back. Objective: clear shoulders and a toned upper body. → In the mountains: more fluid movements when climbing, less tension after a via ferrata.

Week 3:
● Sunday August 2 - Balance & Coordination: refining your bearings Proprioception and postural control exercises. Objective: a responsive, coordinated body. → In the mountains: technical passages mastered, stable ankles on uneven trails.

● Wednesday August 5 - Pilates Sculpt & Outils: Total tonicity A dynamic fusion of Pilates (floor and standing) and functional exercises with small accessories (resistance bands, mini pilates balls) to intensify strengthening work. A rhythmic class that targets muscles from all angles without the need for a high bar. For this class, feel free to bring along a fitness band, a soft ball and small weights if you have them. Objective: Intensify deep muscle work, sculpt the silhouette and stimulate muscular resistance. → In the mountains: Gain overall functional strength, better muscular endurance for long outings and better stabilized joints.

Week 4:
● Sunday August 9 - Integration & Energy: Bringing it all together A complete session that combines strength, mobility and fluidity. Objective: leave aligned, strengthened and full of energy. → In the mountains: a body ready for all adventures, from the summit to the valley. body
