This convivial, all-comers race includes runners, walkers and a shortened course for youngsters!
The Monthey d’Illiez is a mountain foot race first held in 2010. It takes in the Vieux Pont in Monthey and the Pont du Diable in Troistorrents. A final short climb will bring you to the finish line in front of the Val-d’Illiez church, where many spectators will be waiting to cheer you on.
Practical information:
> There is no age limit for children, but younger children must be accompanied by an adult.
> Throughout the race, children remain the responsibility of their parents.
> At the prize-giving ceremony, bib numbers will be drawn from among all participants. Only those present will be able to claim prizes.
> Catering (drinks – grills – pasta ) will be available on site at the Val-d’Illiez multi-purpose hall (arrival) for participants and accompanying persons. A pasta meal ticket will be given to each participant.

> Online registrations are possible until Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 11:00 pm.
> On-site registration possible on race day, for an additional fee of CHF 10.00 (deadline 45 minutes before the start).

> 07:30 Bibs handed over at Le Capri restaurant on the Place du Marché in Monthey for runners and the general public.
> 08h30 | Bibs handed over at the Fayot stadium in Troistorrents for schoolchildren.
> 09:15 Start for the non-timed Popular category.
> 10:20 a.m. Start for runners and children.
> 13:30 | Prize-giving ceremony.
