Enter Hugo Reitzel's world and discover the secrets behind the production of our gherkins, onions and sauces. Be amazed by the country's only cannery and enjoy a tasting at the end of your visit.
4-step course:
- Vinaigrette factory: discover the manufacturing processes of our vinegars used for canning, but also for the preparation of our sauces and mustards.
- Conserverie: from filling to pasteurization, visit the place where the famous Reitzel pickle jars are made.
- Tasting: Because there’s nothing like biting into a pickle to understand the whole story of its manufacture, taste Reitzel products in our HUGO shop to conclude your visit.
Sauce workshop: Ketchups, mustards and other sauces will hold no secrets for you after discovering how they are made and packaged.
