Fall Fondue for Foragers

A sensory journey with a view of the Dents du Midi to discover the secrets of fall plants and their benefits, followed by a cozy aperitif featuring a wood-fired fondue flavored with seasonal berries and roots.

Fall breathes new life into the mountains: as the weather cools and the first rains fall, nature renews itself and reveals hidden treasures. Combining local produce with fall seeds, berries, roots, and young shoots means rediscovering a cuisine with authentic and comforting flavors.

During a nature getaway, you’ll explore wild autumn plants through a hands-on and accessible approach. You’ll learn to observe and identify the treasures of this transitional season, while discovering their nutritional, flavor, and medicinal properties, as well as their traditional role in our mountains.
Finally, it’s time for some comfort: a tasting aperitif featuring a wood-fired fondue, specially flavored with seasonal berries and roots.

This culinary experience will be complemented by appetizers featuring local herbs and paired with a house-made beverage (with or without alcohol).
All of this takes place in a unique mountain setting, with a breathtaking view of the Dents du Midi dressed in their fall colors.
