This Halloween, bring the whole family to a fun, delicious, and educational workshop where you’ll discover the secrets of candy-making and create your own homemade treats.
Designed for children ages 5 to 10 accompanied by their parents, this workshop offers a simple and fun way to make your own candy using just three simple, natural ingredients.
On the agenda: a brief introduction to candy and sugar, exploring the ingredients, preparing and cooking the recipe, then pouring the mixture into molds to shape the creations. Children will also take part in a game about hidden sugars in foods to better understand what’s in everyday products.
After all that hard work, it’s time to taste the results! Each child will get to sample their creations and will leave with a small bag of homemade candy to enjoy at home or share for Halloween.
A fun and interactive activity for the whole family to enjoy together, offering a hands-on experience while raising awareness among young and old alike about sugar consumption and ultra-processed foods.
