Come hone your mountain biking skills at the Géant practice area in Morgins! Thanks to the ski lift on the Géant trail, you can chain together runs effortlessly, repeat exercises, and make rapid progress in a safe and well-suited environment.
Program & Instruction:
Participants ride independently on the trail and meet up with the coach at various workshops or technical sections to receive personalized advice. The exercises are fully tailored to each participant’s age, skill level, and goals. In the event of high attendance, a second instructor will assist to ensure personalized attention.
Practical Information:
> Each session will focus on a different theme (see information below)
> If attendance is high, a second coach may be present to ensure high-quality instruction
> Each session can be taken independently.

Opening hours
Turns & Weight Transfer:
> Working on body position, eye focus, braking, and weight transfer in flat and banked turns.
Friday 18 September 2026 between 4 pm and 6 pm.
Obstacle Navigation & Control:
> Balance, lightening the bike, navigating obstacles, positioning, and technical exercises.
Tuesday 22 September 2026 between 4 pm and 6 pm.
Valiant GP Preparation:
> Track reconnaissance, track analysis, and specific technical training before the race (timed practice sessions may be available depending on equipment).
Friday 25 September 2026 between 4 pm and 6 pm.
Jumps & Fluidity:
> Managing momentum, timing, jumping, clearing obstacles, and landing safely according to skill level.
