A guided hike in the heart of nature, designed as a break to slow down, breathe, and take the time to observe what this season is whispering to us...
On the agenda for this wonderful day: a roughly 4-hour hike through the woods, with several breaks along the way:
> A fun game exploring the survival strategies of certain animals that inhabit our forests, as we seek to understand these living creatures and this natural world, which seems to be gently falling asleep
> Making a herbal tea over the fire, with autumnal flavors, while trying to understand the importance of this season and the energies it evokes
> Reading a poem evoking fall and Samhain, that ancient festival marking the transition into the dark season—a pivotal moment between the end of one cycle and the beginning of another
> Writing and creative time: an invitation to jot down a simple intention in a provided notebook—“What am I letting go of?”—followed by the opportunity to decorate it with fall colors and elements from nature
Practical information:
> Distance: approximately 13 km with 500 m of elevation gain
