From the beginning of June to the middle of October, you can taste a variety of typical Swiss dishes, mostly prepared by a wood fire, with no electricity available.

At the beginning, Perrin's family make its own lemonade and sold its butter and cream, as well as berries and mushrooms.
When thr success come the establishment takes the form it have today.

In the heart of the Valais mountains, the restaurant is in the form of a mountain chalet dating back to the 20th century. From early June to mid-October, you can enjoy various typical Swiss menus, prepared over a wood fire, the bar doesn't have electricity.

In addition to being able to enjoy tasty mountain dishes at the Buvette Savolaire, you can also give your children a ride in mini tractor, cars and bicycles and a swing.
