A tender and authentic look at wildlife. Trained in observation since childhood, Anne Dussaux celebrates the animal kingdom through oil paintings brimming with sensitivity, from the heart of alpine pastures to distant lands.
From an early age at her grandparents’ farm in the Morvan region, Anne Dussaux was deeply connected to nature, caught between this rural world and a naturalist father who taught her to observe the beauty in all things. Later on, she discovered Africa and its breathtaking wildlife, which captivated her.
This animal art exhibition features alpine wildlife, birds, rodents, farm animals, and European fauna, presented in oil paintings on various mediums including linen canvas, wood, and slate.
