Ethan is a young sportsman from Val d’Illiez who loves the beautiful Dents du Midi region, as much in winter for skiing as in summer for cycling. Since the age of 6, he has been passionate about BMX racing, a sport in which he continues to progress. He is currently studying at the Ecole de Commerce in Martigny in the Sport/Study section. In winter, he swaps his bike for skis whenever the opportunity arises to take advantage of the superb Portes du Soleil ski area.
After a fine 2022 season despite two serious injuries, the young sportsman from Val-d’Illiez confirmed in 2023 that he is one of the best Swiss riders in his category.
This year will be Ethan’s last season before the Juniors, which means SX tracks and 8m mounds like the Elites. Ethan has been part of the Swisscycling team since 2021 and continues to progress in Switzerland and abroad.
This season, he will not be taking part in the World Championships in order to concentrate on the European Cup circuit and the European Championships in Italy.
His aim is to make a successful entry into the junior category in 2025 and join the national junior team.
