Gaby Farm, built in 1998 was built in the purest respect of the old mountain chalets that can be seen in the valley of Illiez. This farm houses under its roof a multitude of parts specific to each craft.

Starting with the floor, or is stored fodder in the barn party. One can also find a mountain museum with utensils used formerly in our pastures. On the ground, one can admire the barn. Going down the stairs to the basement, we find the traditional cheese. It is there that are made in the campfire cheese made from raw cow milk. The impressive 1400 liters cauldron sits proudly in its wooden gallows. on the left, the cellars can be seen behind a display window. Go back to the ground, where the firm has a sales point for regional products as well as host tables for a group booking of 10 to 20 people.
