As part of the 20th edition of Nuit de la Rando, discover a unique experience where you’ll enjoy a rustic appetizer and fondue in a one-of-a-kind mountain setting—and to top it all off, a stunning sunset to make the moment even more memorable!
By combining local products with the richness of mountain plants, you’ll experience cuisine with authentic flavors.
During a nature excursion, we’ll explore wild plants through a hands-on approach and simple language. You’ll learn the basics of observing and identifying local herbs, including their nutritional, flavor, and medicinal properties, as well as their role in mountain folklore.
Finally, it will be time for some comfort: a tasting of a wood-fired fondue served as an appetizer, flavored with plants from our mountains.
This culinary awakening will be accompanied by appetizers featuring local herbs, washed down with a house-made beverage (with or without alcohol). All this in a unique mountain setting, with a breathtaking panorama between lake and mountain.
