As part of the 20th edition of the Nuit de la Rando, discover an original activity during which you can enjoy a wild aperitif and a fondue in a unique mountain setting, and what’s more, with a magnificent sunset to make the moment even more memorable!
Combine local produce with the richness of mountain plants, and you’ve got a cuisine with authentic flavors.
On a nature getaway, we’ll explore wild plants with a practical approach and simple words. You’ll learn the basics of observing and recognizing local herbs, with their nutritional, gustatory and medicinal properties, as well as their place in popular mountain lore.
Finally, it’s time for a little comfort food: a wood-fired fondue, flavored with mountain herbs.
This awakening of the taste buds will be enhanced́ with amuses bouches featuring local herbs, washed down with a house drink (with or without alcohol). All in a unique mountain setting, with breathtaking panoramic views between lake and mountain.
