Heritage comes to life at the Vieux Moulins de la Tine!

Immerse yourself in the skills of yesteryear with unique demonstrations every weekend in July and August. These events offer you a rare opportunity to see, feel and hear the trades that were the heartbeat of our valleys. A lively, authentic experience accessible to all – young and old, curious and passionate.

Program for July 11 and 12:
> The miller will restore the press, refurbishing its parts and mechanisms, showing you the meticulous gestures and know-how of yesteryear.
> The spinner will explain how wool becomes yarn: preparing the fiber, using the spinning wheel, and spinning techniques… a manual craft that demands rigor and patience.

Practical information:
> Full program on the pdf flyer.
> Competitions scheduled for the weekends of August 1 and 2 and August 15 and 16.
> Activities only during opening hours (craftsmen’s break from 12pm to 1pm).
> Price includes a visit to the Vieux Moulins de la Tine site.
