Heritage comes to life at the Vieux Moulins de la Tine!
Immerse yourself in the skills of yesteryear with unique demonstrations every weekend in July and August. These events offer a rare opportunity to see, feel and hear the trades that used to make the heart of our valleys beat faster. A lively, authentic experience accessible to all – young and old, curious and passionate.
Program for August 8 and 9:
> The blacksmith will be at work shaping the metal.
> The weaver will introduce you to the art of weaving the old-fashioned way: the regular sound of the loom, the threads taking shape… a plunge into a delicate and precise knowledge.
> The basket weaver will weave a variety of wicker objects, perpetuating a craft that is both humble and refined.
