More than just a tasting — this is a convivial, hands-on journey into the world of Valais winemaking in the company of the Fischli family, vignerons in Morgins.
A guided walk through the Illiez Valley vineyard sets the scene, with stories and anecdotes along the way about the local terroir, climate, and the grape varieties that thrive here. You’ll discover wines produced with the utmost respect for nature, from vine to bottle — then sit down to a tasting of wines from the Troistorrents plots and other cave specialities, accompanied by a delicious local apéritif planchette.
