Life in days gone by has shaped our landscapes and our chalets, as well as the way we live, think, eat, and care for ourselves. Follow in the footsteps of our ancestors on a guided tour through an authentic alpine chalet dating back to 1871.
Throughout the tour, discover traditional recipes and folk remedies passed down from generation to generation. Test your knowledge of chalet construction, the local dialect, and old-world customs with an interactive quiz. Engaging anecdotes and stories from our elders will punctuate this journey into the past.
Combining nature, history, and a warm, friendly atmosphere, this guided outing is accessible to everyone. The walk concludes with a “Wound Care Balm” workshop and a gourmet snack inspired by our grandmothers’ cookbooks.
