A historic and festive day that brings people together and unites them in tradition.
The village of Val-d’Illiez welcomes Fête Dieu on Thursday June 19, 2025. A festive program is organized from early morning until evening.

Opening hours
Thursday 19 June 2025 between 6 am and 8 pm.
> 06h00: Diane throughout the valley
> 07:15: Militia roll call on the Place du Village
> 09h30: Mass at Val-d'Illiez church
> 10:30am-12:00pm: Procession (starts in front of Val-d'Illiez church)
> 12.10pm: Transfer to the Salle Polyvalente in Val-d'Illiez
> 12:30 pm: Speeches by the local authorities, followed by an aperitif offered by the Commune de Val-d'Illiez, the sharing of bread and the traditional raising of the flag in the Salle Polyvalente de Val-d'Illiez.
> From 1:00 pm: Lunch at the Salle Polyvalente. Catering and entertainment provided into the evening.
> 15:30: Vespers in the Val-d'Illiez church.
> 4:00 pm: Official opening of the Vieux Greniers exhibition on the mobilization and Fête Dieu in the Vallée d'Illiez.
Catering and entertainment will continue into the evening.
