> Day 1: Sierre region – Introduction to Valais wines and raclette tasting
> Day 2: Val d’Anniviers region – Discover rye bread-making, glacier wine and the picturesque mountain village of Grimentz.
> Day 3: Evolène region – Discover the Val d’Hérens on an electric bike and enjoy typical local meals.
> Day 4: Free day (possibility of discovering typical villages, nature walks, sporting activities or culinary experiences)
> Day 5: Val de Bagnes region – Meet Switzerland’s first Slow Food community
> Day 6: Fully region – Discover the region’s grape varieties, taste typical local products and meet a winegrower from the Slow Wine network.
> Day 7: Dents du Midi region – Discover working on a farm, discovering the richness of the region through a 100% natural activity and sharing traditional know-how.
> Day 8: Visp region – Culture and wine at Salquenen

> Nights 1 and 2: Hôtel Ibis Styles Sierre
> Nights 3 and 4: Hôtel Hermittage Evolène
> Night 5: Hôtel Terminus Orsières
> Nights 6 and 7: Hôtel Le White Champéry
