Balade Gourmande Chorgue

Gourmets and history buffs alike will appreciate this walk through the village of Troistorrents, punctuated by culinary stops.

The Commune of Troistorrents boasts an exceptional heritage, and participants will have the opportunity to discover historic sites as well as a cooperative farmers’ market showcasing local produce.

While tasting delicious local delicacies at 7 stands set up by local merchants and associations, you’ll be strolling around in a warm and friendly atmosphere!

Practical information:

• The first departures are from 8:30 am, then every 20 minutes (ten departures to choose from)
• Meet in front of the Chalet de la Treille in Troistorrents
• The walk lasts about 3h30, including stops at the stalls, for around 4.5 km
• Stands along the route and culinary delights to discover below
• Paid, covered parking close to the start of the walk (parking de la Tine)

• Stand 1: Boulangerie Au Beau Réveil (from Morgins) at Chalet de la Treille | Viennoiseries, coffee or fruit juice
• Stand 2: La Cavagne | Vallée d'Illiez cheeses and sausages, wine or fruit juice
• Stand 3: Corps des Sapeurs-Pompiers Dents-du-Midi at the Chemex school | Meat terrine, wine or fruit juice
• Stand 4: Four à pain de Collaire | Sérac de vache poêlé, vin ou jus de fruits
• Stand 5: Vieux Moulins de la Tine | Velouté à la livèche, croûtons, fromage, vin ou jus de fruits
• Stand 6: Chez Azalée et A la Pizz' | Cheeks of beef braised in red wine and accompaniments, wine or fruit juice
• Stand 7: La Boulan'Tine | Mignardises, coffee, digestif, wine or fruit juice

All the breads served on this walk will be made by the Collaire Bread Oven.
