An immersive mountain experience combining gentle yoga, poetic storytelling and the creation of a collective herbal tea. Participants are invited to slow down, listen and share a sensory and convivial moment, inspired by the alpine landscape.
This activity offers a sensitive journey between body, imagination and land.
Through a yoga practice accessible to all, guided by a story in which the mountain becomes a character, participants explore listening – to themselves, to the environment and to others.
The experience continues with a moment of sharing: the preparation of a common herbal tea from local plants, followed by a tasting of homemade sweets.
