During a nature outing, you’ll encounter wild plants with a practical approach and simple words. You’ll learn the basics of observing and recognizing local herbs, with their nutritional, gustatory and medicinal properties, as well as their place in popular mountain traditions.
Finally, it’s time for a little comfort food: a wood-fired fondue, flavored with mountain herbs.
This awakening of the taste buds will be enhanced́ with amuses bouches featuring local herbs, washed down with a house drink (with or without alcohol). All in a unique mountain location, with a panoramic view of the Dents du Midi.
