Protestant church services for Champéry and Val d'Illiez
This lovely building, which dates from 1912, hosts church services on Saturdays during the summer season as well as at Christmas and Easter. The parish of Monthey has held baptisms and the Pentecost Service here since 1980 and this is also a popular site for weddings.
At present, Champéry counts about 100 residents of Protestant confession, although this number goes up during the high tourist seasons.
In addition to religious ceremonies, the church provides a beautiful setting and excellent acoustics for concerts.
