of the Alps. Explore the galleries and chambers dug out by force of arms and
learn about the various methods of salt extraction.
FLEUR DES ALPES PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
Fleur des Alpes salt is produced in an artisanal workshop deep inside this
underground labyrinth. Take part in the traditional process of producing this
gourmet salt during your visit.
TASTING PAVILION
Finish your trip on a gourmet note in the tasting pavilion, where you can
sample a range of products made with SEL DES ALPES, whether you prefer
sweet or salty foods.
