Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga practice in which the Asanas (postures) of Ashtanga are linked and synchronized with breath.

The three main keys:
Asana (postures)
Pranayma (breathing)
Dritshti (vision)

Practicing Vinyasa increases the internal temperature of the body and causes perspiration, helping to purify the body by evacuating toxins.
