A grieving widow, a landowner on the verge of bankruptcy, a rather stupid valet, cries, misunderstandings and who knows, true love at the end of the road. These are the ingredients of Anton Chekhov’s mythical work, The Bear, a short, lively comedy with boundless energy.

– For the cast, Chloé Zufferey, a young actress fresh out of the prestigious Paris Conservatory and already having a film to her credit with Catherine Deneuve and Benoît Magimel. The Bear will be played by Philippe Soltermann, an actor full of guts and confidence, ideal for the role. Blaise Carron, local of the stage, will play the valet.
