At the beginning, Perrin’s family make its own lemonade and sold its butter and cream, as well as berries and mushrooms.

In the heart of the Valais mountains, this mountain chalet is dating back to the 20th century. From mid-June to end of September, you can enjoy various typical Swiss menus, as the famous “croûte au fromage”. Everything is cooked on a wood stove.
