From the mid-May to the mid-October, you can taste a variety of typical Swiss dishes, mostly prepared on a wood stove, with no electricity available.
At the beginning, Perrin’s family make its own lemonade and sold its butter and cream, as well as berries and mushrooms.
When the success come the establishment takes the form it have today.
In the heart of the Valais mountains, this mountain chalet is dating back to the 20th century. From mid-May to the mid-October, you can enjoy various typical Swiss menus, as the famous “croûte au fromage”. Everything is cooked on a wood stove.
On reservation, it is possible to eat raclette.
