Buvette de Savolaire

Troistorrents

From mid-May to mid-October, this iconic alpine hut offers a variety of typical Swiss dishes and one of the best croute au fromage to be found!

Back in the day, the Perrin family worked this alpine dairy, making their own lemonade, butter, and cream which they sold along with berries and mushrooms gathered nearby. As their success grew, so did the menu!

Nestled in the heart of the Valais mountains, this mountain chalet dates back to the 20th century. Open in summer only, we are renowned for our Swiss specialities, especially the famous ‘croûte au fromage’ or traditional Raclette (with reservations). With no electrical hookup, everything is cooked on a wood stove.

Children’s playground and pétanque terrain available.
